Terms of Service
This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Adesuyi Ventures LTD, trading as UX Elevations ("Company"), and you ("User" or "You"). By accessing or using the online courses provided by UX Elevations ("Courses"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
1. Enrollment and Payment
1.1. By enrolling in a Course, you agree to pay the specified fees as outlined on the UX Elevations website or as agreed upon separately.
1.2. Payment for Courses must be made in full prior to accessing the Course materials, either as a one-time payment or through monthly payments.
1.3. If you choose to pay through monthly payments, you agree to make each payment in full and on time, as specified in the payment plan.
1.4. All fees are non-refundable once access to the Course has been granted, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement or as required by applicable law. Refunds are available with no questions asked up until 2 weeks before the course begins. Afterwards, we can work with you to defer your enrollment to a subsequent cohort if necessary.
2. Course Access and Use
2.1. Upon payment, you will be granted access to the Course materials for the duration specified in the Course description.
2.2. You agree to use the Course materials solely for your personal educational purposes and not for any commercial purposes.
2.3. You may not share, distribute, or otherwise make available any Course materials to any third party without the express written consent of UX Elevations.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1. All Course materials, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, and other content, are the property of UX Elevations and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
3.2. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based upon the Course materials without the prior written consent of UX Elevations.
4. User Content
4.1. You may have the opportunity to submit content, including but not limited to comments, questions, and feedback, in connection with the Courses ("User Content").
4.2. By submitting User Content, you grant UX Elevations a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content throughout the world in any media.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
5.1. UX Elevations makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Courses, including but not limited to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any Course materials.
5.2. UX Elevations disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. In no event shall UX Elevations be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Courses, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if UX Elevations has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
7.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
7.2. Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
Communication with Users
8.1. Consent for Communication: By submitting any form on the UX Elevations website or related platforms, you agree to receive communication from UX Elevations, including but not limited to emails, newsletters, and promotional materials.
8.2. Purpose of Communication: Communication may include updates about courses, promotions, events, and other relevant information related to UX Elevations and its offerings.
8.3. Opt-out Option: Users have the option to unsubscribe or opt-out of receiving communication from UX Elevations at any time. Instructions for unsubscribing will be provided in every communication sent.
8.4. Privacy Protection: UX Elevations respects your privacy and will not share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
By enrolling in a Course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Courses.
